Summer Choral Workshop
Hidden Treasures of Haydn and Mozart
Join members of the California Bach Society under the direction of Artistic Director Paul Flight in singing and exploring hidden treasures by the great masters of the Classical Period. Dr. Flight will lead the workshop in rehearsing the elegant Missa Brevis in F (K. 192), by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Franz Joseph Haydn's lovely Salve Regina, along with motets by Joseph's younger brother, Johann Michael, a very highly regarded composer of sacred music in his time. Dr. Flight will have the assistance of the CBS rehearsal accompanist, Gwen Adams.
